Grief Coaching
Grief doesn't move in a straight line, and it rarely responds well to being talked about head-on. Through expressive arts, movement, and narrative practice, this work makes room for what grief actually is: nonlinear, embodied, and deeply personal. Whether you're grieving a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or something harder to name, we use creative process to hold what words can't always carry. No art experience required, just a willingness to show up as you are. All ages welcome.
According to neuroaesthetics, aesthetic qualities of the environment deeply influences people’s psychological states.
